When it comes to gorgeous nighttime shots of Paris, the Eiffel Tower gets more than its fair share of love from photographers. Maybe I’m the type who roots for the underdog, but I’m partial to one of Paris’ other iconic landmarks, the Arc de Triomphe. So when I saw this “After Dark” photo, taken on the Adventures by Disney England and France vacation, I just had to share it.
The Arc de Triomphe is the gateway to “the most beautiful avenue in the world,” the Champs-Elysees. And if you’re a fan of that iconic 1,063-foot-tall tower icon I mentioned earlier, you get a pretty great view of it from atop this arc.
