When will the My Disney experience App be available for the Apple Watch?
Our first stop on our upcoming vacation is Chef Mickey’s — will we be able to sync our MagicBands with the Memory Maker with the help of the Photo Pass photographers there or will we have to wait until we get to the Magic Kingdom to do so?
And, if so, how do we get our Memory Maker photos from Chef Mickey’s synced up with the My Disney Experience app?
How about making the app available for Windows phone owners?
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Will photographers be in front of the Haunted Mansion ever again? I loved the ghosts added to the pics a decade ago!
Thanks for the positive comments—we are excited about these new enhancements to the My Disney Experience App! As always, we are constantly looking for ways to improve your Disney PhotoPass Service experience, including at the Disneyland Resort.
@Samantha—yes, when you share a Memory Maker photo that will start your 30 day window of downloads.
@Erin—our photographers are constantly on the move to accommodate Guests in the parks, so a true “real-time” update is almost impossible. However, our goal is to provide you with the most accurate information we have, to include locations at the Water Parks.
What a brilliant idea! I wish this was around last year. If you want to share one of your photos from Memory Maker will that count as your start of your 30 days download time?
Is the app grtting an update to support apple watch. I would love to be able to see wait times and such on the watch.
I love the Disney Memory Maker and PhotoPass…It makes saving you memories so easy…I have always…the new addition to the My Disney Experience is a great idea!!!
Karen you just need to update your app!!
Will guests with memory maker also be able to view and download select videos from attractions. Such as tower of terror and the mine train?
Fantastic! It will be nice to be able to share our photos with social media right away instead of waiting until we get home 🙂
This is one of the most BRILLIANT ideas! Well done.
Will the locations of the photographers be updated in real time? I mean, by now I know where all the “traditional” spots are, and our family prefers finding “new” locations to vary our photo locations when we can. It would also be nice to know if there will be PP photographers at the water parks the days we’ll be going as that can be hit or miss.
Will this be added to the Disneyland app?
