When Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party returns for another season of fun at Magic Kingdom Park September 15, guests can pick up an added “treat” – this event exclusive Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom.
In case you’re new to Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, SOTMK is an in-park interactive experience that allows guests to team up with Merlin in a quest to defeat Disney villains who are attempting to takeover the park. Guests use special maps to search for villain hideouts throughout the park. When they find one, guests use different spell cards to battle the villains. Guests can begin their quest at the Firehouse on Main Street, U.S.A., and the game (and starter packs) are complimentary with park admission.
This year’s “Minnie Mouse’s Costume Chaos” card features Minnie, and friends Clarabelle Cow and Daisy Duck, dressed as witches. This event-exclusive card will be distributed in addition to the regular SOTMK card packs (meaning you can pick up both while attending the party). Guests must show their party ticket and event wristband in order to get one.
What do you think of this year’s design? Tell us in the comments section below.
The Minnie card is perfect! With the Christmas parties starting on Friday, any word on what the MVMCP card for this year will be?
I am so bummed. We weren’t near any card distribution locations during the party and by the time we left, after midnight, they weren’t out any more. I can’t believe I missed the Minnie Mouse card, I wish there was another way to get one without going to another party.
Woo Hoo!! Always go to the party on Halloween night. Just wish I had gotten the extra dessert party tickets but they were sold out. But it still will be so much funny trick or treating around the park. Can’t wait to see the new villains show. Counting down the days.
Party Ticket? I was told that this year there are no hard tickets, it just gets loaded on my Magic Band.
Awesomeness! Love it! Can’t wait to get ours!
October 12,2015…Party time, can’t wait.
Where are they passed out?
Can’t wait to get our party card!!!
Very classic and fun. I like it. I really like Clarabelle in the background too. Interesting that on the “frame” one of the ghosts is green and 2 are black. It would be fun to hear more about how a card is decided and imagined. Is that possible?
I’ll be getting one of these for sure! The card looks awesome 🙂
We’ll be there on Halloween night this year!!
