Well … I know I was!

We gave you a sneak peek at a partial list in July, but now I am pleased to announced the full list including fabulous new narrators like Chandra Wilson from the hit ABC TV show “Grey’s Anatomy,” Daniel Dae Kim (“Lost,” “Hawaii Five-O”) and “Ugly Betty”’s America Ferrera.

A part of the Holidays Around the World celebration at Epcot, the Candlelight Processional is a dramatic re-telling of the Christmas story with celebrity narrators, a massed choir singing traditional and contemporary Christmas songs – along with the symphonic strains of the Walt Disney World orchestra. It’s one of my favorite events of the year.

This year’s event runs nightly at The America Gardens Theatre at Epcot from November 27 to December 30. It is presented three times per night — 5 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.*

Dining packages include appetizer, entrée, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage at select Epcot full-service restaurants (or one full buffet where applicable), and guaranteed seating for the Candlelight Processional. Dining packages do not include park admission.

For Dining Reservations that include preferred Candlelight Processional seating, please call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE.

Comments

  • So……..like many before me have asked and I am asking, who will be narrating the Candlelight Processional at Disneyland?

  • Why won’t anyone answer who is going to be at Disneyland for their Candlelight Processional?

  • Does anyone know if I can use Fast Pass to get into the Candlelight Processional Performance?…to bypass waiting for general seating

  • Is there a list for Disneyland yet, and if so, will there be special AP evenings like last season? Thank you.

  • This is a fantastic lineup! I cannot wait to see the Candlelight Processional again this year. What a joy it brings to so many. I am so thankful for our narrators that have done this before and for the new narrators! Charles…thank you for sharing!

  • What a great line up! I haven’t made it for Neil Patrick Harris, but sure would love to! Candlelight Processional is one of the most powerful Christmas events we attend – truly unforgettable!

  • What about Disneyland Resort in Anaheim? Where’s our list…

  • Seeing the Candlelight Processional in Epcot is definitely a must see for us each year. My favorite narrator of all time is Jodi Benson, so I am especially sad she will not be narrating this year. You can really feel her emotions when she tells the story and she always sings along with the choir. I really hope she is brought back next year as a narrator!

  • Who will the readers be at Disneyland this year??

  • I’ve seen this twice now, once years ago with Phylicia Rashad, with whom they recorded a CD, and once last Christmas with Blair Underwood. Very different in their personal presentations, but both wonderful additions to this magnificent performance.
