Rome is far and away one of my favorite cities. It’s steeped in culture and history, and also filled with the vibrant bustling of progress. Scooters wiz by the Colosseum, and ancient ruins stand amongst thriving modern office buildings. It’s a place truly unlike any other.
This expansive morning shot of the city, highlighting the ancient Roman Forum in the foreground, was taken on the Adventures by Disney Italy vacation, and I think it truly captures the beauty of city at sunrise: Just before the commuters, cars and cacophony of sights and sounds descend upon the city.
