Disney TAG (Travel-Accessories-Gear) is the newest boutique to join the Marketplace Co-Op at Disney Springs. At this travel themed boutique, guests can stylize their vacations with everyday accessories and travel essentials embellished with Disney touches. You may recall seeing a preview of items in two previous Disney Parks Blog articles. I recently traveled to Disney Springs Marketplace to capture a few images of this new destination.
Upon arriving at the shop, I was greeted with a gigantic image of an airplane and displays of retro-looking flight attendants standing by travel posters with destinations like Progress City (a nice nod to Disney history). Passing under a silver wing, I found a colorful selection of Disney-themed luggage, luggage tags and much more.
The shop was full of color thanks to a vibrant color palette used for travel accessories such as neck pillows, eye masks, totes bags and even toothbrushes.
Here are a few additional details you should check out during your next visit:
- In the animated display window with airplane seats, look for a hidden Mickey Mouse silhouette in the clouds.
- The Departures and Arrivals board above the register is full of iconic Disney-inspired destinations including Duckburg or Kuzcotopia.
- There is an airplane seat photo opportunity outside the changing rooms.
- Look for the classic “Mickey World” logo on displays and mannequins throughout the shop.
Select items from the Disney TAG line may be available to order via the Shop Disney Parks mobile app. You can download this free app by visiting DisneyWorld.com/Shop.
