  • Sound delicious, but too bad there are no vegetarian offerings except desserts…

    • Hi Barbra, the Chili-Cheese Nachos from Bocados del Lago Nachos y Empanadas are vegetarian. The chili is made with beans and vegetables.

  • Are these open today (like the article title says) or soon (like the article body says)?

  • They all sound wonderful butI agree with Barbara although I am not vegetarian I will be traveling with my daughter and her family and they are. Besides, I like the option myself to go meatless from time to time as I don’t want to eat heavy on long hot days and any of these items would be great with a veggie alternative.

    • Your daughter can enjoy the Chili-Cheese Nachos from Bocados del Lago Nachos y Empanadas, the chili is made vegetable and beans, not meat. There are also other tasty vegetarian options at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, like the Asian Salad at ABC Commissary!

  • I’m also disappointed by the lack of vegetarian options at the places mentioned and at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in general. I guess my family and I won’t be eating at the park in the near future…

    • Hi Paula! The Echo Lake Eats Chili-Cheese Nachos are vegetarian, as the chili is made with vegetables and beans. If you’re looking for vegetarian eats at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, I suggest the Tomato Bisque Soup from Starring Rolls Cafe (it pairs perfectly with their seasonal salad) or the Vegetable Wrap from Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner.

  • Please add more veggie options! Hollywood Studios is already pretty skimpy with the vegetarian entrées. Why neglect to put any out in the new locations?

    • Hi Courtney! The Chili-Cheese Nachos are vegetarian, the chili is made with vegetables and beans, and it’s topped with guacamole, sharp cheddar and sour cream. Ask for no cheese or sour cream and it would be vegan!

  • Went to try them today for dinner but they were closed by 6:15! Can you share the operating hours?

  • The sliders! We will give them a try on our visit in June! Are they on the DDP for QS?

  • Why is vegetarian food disappearing at Disney?!? We’ll have to eat elsewhere.

    • Hi Gayle! Vegetarian options aren’t disappearing, there are plenty of tasty meals to choose from at Disney’s Hollywood Studios like the Caprese Sandwich at Backlot Express, Roasted Vegetable Croissant from Starring Rolls Cafe and the Fried Green Tomato Sandwich from Rosie’s All-American Cafe–just to name a few!

  • I’ll be trying the Empanadas and nachos, sounds great! Hope they’re open in August

  • I was hoping for the return of the chicken waffle sandwich from Sleepy Hollow

  • Very disappointing that there are no vegan options.
