Hello from the Disney Wonder! Last year I had the pleasure of kicking off the Mediterranean season as Cruise Director aboard the Disney Magic, and this summer, I’m on the other side of the globe as we start our voyages to Alaska. Today we’re departing from Vancouver on this year’s first 7-night journey to America’s Last Frontier.
Once again, we’ll be calling on Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway, giving you the chance to visit historic towns, admire Native American artifacts and explore the great outdoors. With a temperate rainforest, mountains, glaciers and fjords, Alaska truly is one of the world’s most beautiful locations.
We’ll also spend one glorious day cruising through the breathtaking Tracy Arm Fjord, ending at the magnificent Sawyer Glacier. For the first time ever, Disney cruisers will have the unique opportunity to join a Port Adventure in the fjord to get an up-close view of the glacier and wildlife. Stay tuned for more on that from Arnaldo.
Will I see you onboard this summer?
