We visited WDW for the first time as a family of five, staying in Fort Wilderness Cabins, in 1991. We would visit every few years, as our finances would allow, and continue building those family memories. Our children are in their thirties now, and to this day, ask the question ” when are we going back to Fort Wilderness?” This past year, my husband and I visited Florida looking for an area to call home when we retire next year. We would like to be close enough to WDW to possibly work part time at the happiest place on earth. The funniest part of our time there ( just the two of us ) was our time in the parks with our three children calling and texting constantly asking what we were doing, and how they wished they were there. While we love our children dearly, visiting WDW just the two of us, was pretty special !
With all that we face on a daily basis, we would be truly blessed to win this vacation. Everytime we are sad Disney helps us get through the bad times. Right now I am battling my autoimmune disease, my family are my strength and Disney movies give us the escape we need.
My oldest son will be heading to college in two years, my youngest son has some mental challenges and my husband works all the time to help us have a better life. We never win anything and this would be an incredible experience.
Always dreaming of the sea and the adventures that lie beneath her vast beauty.
This would be a magical moment to share with our family as our oldest prepares to head out on his own adventure to college.
Missing the family vacations that brought such lasting memories to life, and thinking of future trips to make the unforgettable, memorable!
