Fans of Vera Bradley will soon find two new colors blooming at Disney Parks this summer. Created especially for Disney Parks Merchandise, these new collections will include popular Vera Bradley styles.
In July, guests will find the Mickey’s Magical Blooms collection. This signature quilted cotton assortment includes a Campus Backpack, Mini Hipster and Front Zip Wallet.
The new color is an update to the Midnight with Mickey color that was first introduced in fall 2013. Other styles in this collection include a Zip ID Case, Medium Zip Cosmetic Bag, Triple Zip Hipster, Vera Bag and Large Duffel.
In August, we are releasing the lightweight Lighten Up Collection. The durable and water-resistant 560D polyester makes Lighten Up styles the perfect accessories to use when traveling to or from Disney Parks.
The Lighten Up Collection will include five of Vera Bradley’s best-selling styles including the Lighten Up Lunch Cooler. Guests should also look for a Lighten Up Travel Organizer, Lighten Up Expandable Tote, Lighten Up Grande Backpack and Lighten Up Expandable Travel Bag.
These collections will be released in select merchandise locations at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. You may also find select Vera Bradley styles on the Disney Park online store.
The Shop Disney Parks mobile app may also offer these new colors as a first purchase opportunity. This means that you’ll find them available on the app before they are released at merchandise locations in Disney Parks. To download the free app, please visit DisneyWorld.com/Shop.

I love these patterns, however my daughters and I are very disappointed that the Hipster and small backpack are no longer available. We would have purchased one of each on our trip last week! We saw so many others carrying both of these bags in past patterns around the Parks, we can’t imagine why they weren’t brought back! Please consider bringing these bags back, they are much better sizes for playing in the Parks all day.

Can you share the dimensions of the products? Such as the ID case and the cosmetic? The Shop Parks app doesn’t have them and when they do, they’re not always accurate. Thanks!

I agree with Megan, Mary and Jeanne…BRING BACK THE SMALLER BACKBACK!!!!! It is the BEST Vera bag out there and the BEST bag for the parks. Would love to have a new one before our trip at the end of September. Not sure my current and very old one can survive another trip!

I wish that Vera would consider doing the Little Hipster instead of the Mini Hipster. The little hipster is so much easier to use!!
I wholeheartedly agree about the smaller backpack!! I have one in Midnight with Mickey (one of the first collections, and still one of my favorites!), and I use it EVERY SINGLE DAY in the parks! I have no desire to carry a full size backpack (I don’t have little ones, and I like to travel light), and the fact that there is no smaller sized backpack anymore means I won’t purchase anything. I don’t need anymore tote bags, I do not like crossbodies… PLEASE… whoever is in charge… PLEASE consider bringing back the smaller sized backpack!!

I agree Megan, I’d love a smaller backpack as well, the big campus backpack is just to big for the parks for me, I’d love a smaller backpack like they had many collections ago.

Please bring back the smaller backpacks! This is now the third pattern to come out recently with no smaller backpacks. There haven’t been small backpacks since the solid blue pattern. They don’t last on shelves very long when they are released which shows that they are quite popular and are highly demanded. I don’t prefer the campus as it’s too big and bulky for a hot day at the theme parks, in my opinion. Please please please bring back smaller backpacks!!!
Another great Disney Vera look! Please consider making a non crossbody purse. Would love to see the On the Go bag in a Disney print. Make my dreams come true! Lol
