Wondering how to make your visit to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World Resort and Mickey’s Halloween Party at Disneyland Resort even more magical? At Disney Floral & Gifts, we have four tips for a haunting good time!

1. Light up the Night
Experiencing the Halloween parties after dark is so magical. The whimsical lighting creates a Disney yet not-so-scary ambiance. The parade doesn’t have to be the only “attraction” to light up the night. Wear fun light up lanyards, necklaces, and glow sticks. Bring them, buy them in the parks or purchase them in advance to be part of the show. (see tip #3).

2. Party with Character
The Halloween Parties become even more magical with exclusive character greetings and shows you won’t find any other time of the year. With favorite Disney Villains there’s plenty of opportunity to add a little (or a lot) of character to your night. So bring your autograph book and pen! You never know when you’re going to see some of these characters again, and you’ll want to savor the moment!

3. Prepare for Trick-or-Treating!
There’s nothing quite like trick-or-treating at the Halloween party! With candy stations throughout the park, it’ll be easy to get your sugar rush on. Prepare for a “sweet” experience with a handy dandy tote bag to store your goodies. Lucky for you, Disney Floral & Gifts has created a new exclusive “Mickey (or Minnie’s) Not-So-Scary Trick-or-Treat bag” for Walt Disney World Resort and “Mickey (or Minnie’s) Halloween Trick-or-Treat Bag” for Disneyland Resort. Remember the light-up pieces I mentioned before? This bag has you covered with lights, sound, glow-in-the-dark print, and space for your goodies. Check it out:

4. Dress Up in “Spirit”
Check out the new costume guidelines and get into the Halloween spirit even more by adding glow-in-the-dark tattoos which is part of the trick-or-treat bags I mentioned above. With your costume, light-up lanyard, sound-enabled tote bag, and glow-in-the-dark tattoos, you’re sure to be dressed in spirit!
