Carnivores will love the new African-spiced Wagyu Beef with vinegared potatoes, Sustainable Fish Tacos with charred pineapple and jalapeño and the Honey-glazed Coriander-spiced Pork Ribs. Or try my favorites—the cheese board, Asian Chicken Wings with pickled vegetables and the Vegetarian Summer Rolls with ponzu. After, indulge in the Taste of Tiffins dessert, with dark chocolate ganache with passion fruit curd, Egyptian sea salt, Sri Lankan Chantilly and hibiscus meringue.
Specialty cocktails are inspired by tastes from around the world. There’s truly a cocktail for every taste—from the Annapurna Zing with gin, passion fruit purée, mint, simple syrup, lime juice and ginger beer to the Night Monkey, which features rum, guava puree, mint, coffee simple syrup, lime juice and a hint of cilantro.
