I LOVE my Disney PhotoPass! It is by far one of my favorite features of my Annual Pass. I stop and take so many more photos than I ever did before and the photographers do an amazing job! We’re going to be there next week and we are SO going to add Remy to our pictures. Haven’t been back since 2012 and regretted never doing the photo pass. We’re ready to go this time around.

I love this option for the festival. Next year they need to match the festival character (this year it’s Figment) with the photo, that way we will get new photos each year and the character will remind us of the memories from that year.

We will be there next week also. We come every year but this will be the first time we will use the photo pass option there. We have it on our Annual Pass. I love they added this option to the pass. Being a local you don’t tend to take photos because you come so often. I can’t wait to use it this time.
What about the magic shots for Mickey’s Halloween Party in Disneyland? I never saw any information from you released about it either here on the Blog or on the Disney PhotoPass Facebook page. PLEASE HELP!
Hi Lauren, there may be some limited opportunities to receive Magic Shots during Mickey’s Halloween Party. Keep an eye out for our Disney PhotoPass photographers during the party and ask if they are offering any fun magic!
Confused
The Photo Pass service is free (unless you purchase pictures). The Memory Maker costs.
This article talks only about the Photo Pass. Is the Magic Shot free? Is it available without having a Memory Maker package? Is it available without the purchase of the Memory Maker?
The confusing part is that Magic Shot is listed on the “About Memory Maker” page as a FEATURE of the packages.
Hi Dianna, all guests can visit a Disney PhotoPass photographer to take this or any other Magic Shot. Your Magic Shot photos can be downloaded as part of an active Memory Maker entitlement, or these photos can be purchased individually at MyDisneyPhotoPass if you do not have an active Memory Maker entitlement.
