As you saw in my post earlier this week, KA WA‘A, a luau at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, is now officially open! The show is simply spectacular, and the food is equally impressive.
The local island buffet service features an abundance of offerings—from fresh salads and seasonally-sourced vegetables to braised imu-style pork and carving stations with whole roasted Hawaii-raised suckling pig and slow-roasted prime rib. Decadent house-made desserts include haupia-coconut puddings and guava cakes, as well as tropical fruits.
The dinner buffet also offers a special menu just for keiki, including favorites like shaka macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, Mickey-shaped pastas and more.
