Disney Parks Blog Readers Invited to Experience New Festival of Holidays and ‘World of Color – Season of Light’ at Disney California Adventure Park

Disney California Adventure park is aglow with all-new experiences during Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. And today, I am excited to invite Disney Parks Blog readers to experience the magic this sensational season has to offer, including the new Festival of Holidays and “World of Color – Season of Light.”

You are invited to be our guest at the Disney California Adventure park on Wednesday, Nov. 30, for a day full of holiday festivities including a taste of the season among 14 festive foods marketplace kiosks at Festival of Holidays and Disney FASTPASS access to the new “World of Color – Season of Light”!

Space for this experience is limited, and you must sign up here. Please remember the following:

  • All participants who sign up for this experience must be 18 years or older, but guests of the participants may be younger than 18.
  • Limit one guest per registrant.
  • Confirmations are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
  • Confirmation will be for the accepted registered person plus one guest.
  • Valid photo I.D. will be required at check-in.
  • Space is limited to 300 registrants. Registrations will be accepted based on eligibility and capacity.
  • Disney California Adventure Park admission will be provided beginning at 10 a.m., but participants will be responsible for any parking fees.

I will give an update at the top of this post when capacity has been reached. Please note this experience is subject to restrictions, change and cancellation without notice.

    • Hi Theresa – Unfortunately we cannot take cancellations or make substitutions. But thank you for letting us know you will not be able to attend.

    • Hi Connie – Yes, an infant will not count as your guest so the three of you are welcome to attend together.

    • Hi Jennifer – Event participants will receive vouchers to enjoy some of the tastings on us.

    • Great! Event participants will receive Disney FASTPASS for “World of Color – Season of Light.” Show viewing is standing room only.

    • Hi Timmery – There is not a special reception or group moment; you are welcome to join whenever you can.

  • Hello Erin. I’m happy to say that I was able to sign up, but i accidentally entered my sons birth date instead of mine. Am i still able to attend?

    • It’s OK, Nadia – Just be sure to bring your photo ID to check-in.

  • What about those who will be in the park on vacation and were not able to sign up in time? Will we be able to still get a Fastpass to see World of Color that night? I have been waiting to see it and will be extremely disappointed should I not be allowed to see the show due to this event.

    • Shannon – Disney FASTPASS will still be available to regular park guests on this day. Stop by the distribution kiosk near Grizzly River Run with your park ticket that morning to pick yours up.

  • Hi Erin-I’m so excited I was able to get in! We were able to go to Christmas in Cars Land 2 years ago and LOVED it! I was so quick that I didn’t get any information other than November 30. Could you please provide some for me. I know we can get in at 10am, but it’s a school/work day. What’s the latest we can check in? Will we receive an email confirmation?   • Hi, I was planning to attend on the 30th with my son, but i have been called out of town on business. Is there any way my wife can attend in my place with my son? I know it says no substitutions but my son is so excited. Thanks for you consideration.
