Update: Disney Springs Holiday Show Drone Performances Begin Nov. 20

We’re excited to share an update that the first shows of “Starbright Holidays – An Intel Collaboration” will begin on November 20. You can see the nightly performances at Disney Springs at 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. from Nov. 20 – Jan 8.

It’s a first not just for Disney Parks, but in the United States: A new holiday experience at Disney Springs featuring 300 show drones illuminating the night sky. In “Starbright Holidays – An Intel Collaboration,” guests will get a chance to watch Disney and Intel explore remarkable new technology.

Accompanied by an original Disney arrangement of classic holiday songs recorded by a full orchestra, the sparkling experience invites guests to look up to sky and wish upon a holiday star. This is the first time a drone show of this scale has ever been performed in the U.S.

Here’s a brief sample of what will surprise and delight you this holiday season above the West Side of the Disney Springs waterfront:

“Starbright Holidays – An Intel Collaboration” will join other new holiday experiences at Disney Springs, including a brand-new Christmas Tree Trail, special seasonal entertainment, meet and greets with Santa, and festive décor.

  • How can we find out if the show has been cancelled due to poor weather conditions?

  • My Dad is 90 years old. May we bring bag chairs in to Disney Springs, so we can sit for the Drone show?

  • Is this located in the park itself? And is there a fee to et into the park to see it? Also fee for parking? Thanks…..

  • Is this show every day of the week until Jan 8?

  • Are reservations needed

    • Hi Yolanda, No reservations are needed. Hope you enjoy the show!

  • When does it end? We want to see it before it goes away.

    • Luis, you can enjoy the show until January 8. Hope you get to see it!

  • Where should we be for the best view of this. I have two young children with me.
Also are there reservations to be made?

    • Hi Barbara, no reservations are needed. The best viewing is on the West Side at Disney Springs.

  • This looks to be over the lake. Since we have handicapped people in our party, it would be helpful to at least tell us where this presentation will be offered. I don’t want to build up excitement and then be at the wrong end of Disney Springs. I know there used to be some waterfront area on the Westside behind Bongos and House of Blues.

    • David, the area you’re describing is the perfect viewing area to see the show. Hope you enjoy it!

  • Where is best place to view the drone show?

    • Erin, try the West Side of Disney Springs, along the water. Hope you enjoy it!

  • When will this start? Dates and times? Will this be put in the web and/or App Times Guide for easy reference? Thanks for the info!!!

  • Show times will vary as Disney Springs continue to test and adjust this new entertainment experience.

  • Time of show? Dates?

  • Was wondering if there was a good place to eat that would have a view of this ? have they release dates and times yet

  • Looking for info as to when and what time? Heading down there in a couple of weeks and we are definitely going to add this to our to do list!

  • What are the showtimes for this new nighttime experience?

  • Is this every night? For how long? When is the last day?

  • Any idea when the festivities at Disney Springs will ruh through?

  • When is it starting ???

  • Is this appearing nightly now, what are the times it will be displayed?

  • when is this starting?
