From Dole Whips to Mickey Premium Bars, there are yummy snacks all around Walt Disney World Resort, but when it comes to meal times what better way to dine than with your favorite Disney friends. The Disney Parks Moms Panel has scouted out all the best character dining experiences and can answer all of your questions about dining with your favorite Disney pals.

Sandy from MI wants to know where else she can dine with the Disney Princesses, besides Cinderella’s Royal Table. Gina D. recommends Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot, your favorite Disney Princesses will visit your table to take photos and sign autographs while you eat.

Celebrating birthdays with a character dining experience is always exciting. Camila R. recommends Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort or, her favorite, Tusker House Restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is always a favorite for little princesses, says Andrea H.

If you are looking for some seasonal excitement, Missy S. recommends Minnie’s Seasonal Dining at Hollywood & Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This character dining experience changes with the seasons and features Minnie, Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy.

  • If you’re looking to save a few pennies, book the latest seating time for lunch at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (the food is the same/similar to the dinner menu, but less expensive). We did this a number of years ago, there were very few people in the restaurant, and the princesses came by the table multiple times. Although not guaranteed, we also got the souvenir picture with all the princesses, not just Belle (or the standard princess-of-the-day).
