A few weeks ago, we asked Disney Parks Blog readers to help select new “Words Are Powerful” Color Infusion bangles by ALEX AND ANI. This collection features Disney sayings and attributes of some of our most beloved characters. Today, I’m delighted to share the results of the recent vote.
The top three phrases as voted by our readers were:
- Make Your Own Path – Pocahontas
- Be Forever Brave – Merida
- Unlock the Magic – Jasmine
These Disney Parks fan-selected bangles will join the “Words Are Powerful” collection in spring 2017.
I also have a special treat for fans of Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. The image above shows the new park icon bangles that will be coming to Disney Parks in early 2017. To make room for these new designs, we will be retiring the original park icon bangles first introduced a few years ago.
Once released, the “Words Are Powerful” Color Infusion bangles will have a retail of $44.95 plus tax and will be available in both Shiny Gold and Shiny Silver Finishes. The park icon bangles will have a retail of $39.95 plus tax and will be available in both RAFAELIAN GOLD and RAFAELIAN SILVER Finishes.
Look for ALEX AND ANI on the Shop Disney Parks app, the Disney Parks online store, and at the following locations at Disney Parks:

I didn’t know they were voting on the Princess bracelets.. I was so excited for Snow White!! She is my favorite princess and the FIRST, sad how she gets left out sometimes?
Is there a chance the Snow White & Mulan bangle will be made later or at all??? It would be horrible if they weren’t made ☹️
I love the Mickey from California Adventure. We will be at Disneyland the first week in January. Will these new Alex and And bracelets be available in the park then?
Will there be a park icon bangle for Hollywood Studios? I don’t see one pictured.

The Pocahontas bracelet is especially lovely. But I have to say, I am NOT a fan of the new Animal Kingdom bracelet.
Please can you make these available to those of us in the U.K.!? I’d love to see them in the Disney Store here, even if only online… I love the 2 I bought whilst visiting in October… I want more! 🙂
What’s going to happen to the beautiful Mulan and Snow White designs that the readers didn’t choose?
@Sarah – We do not have plans at this time to make them into bangles. The team is only releasing the three designs shown above in spring 2017.
