My favorite Disneyland romantic memory, was when my husband proposed to me. I was done in Southern California training for a new job. He flew down for my day off, and we came to the park for the day. Prior to coming down for a visit my husband had asked my mother for her engagement ring while I was away at training. He kept it in his pocket all day. In the evening, we had our picture taken in front of the castle, after that we went inside the castle. While we were at the top of the castle we started to walk down the hall and to go down the stairs. He said wait and come here. I turned around and asked what did you want to see? His response was I wanted to see if you would marry me? He then pulled out the ring out of his pocket. I was happy and surprised. Now we spend every special occasion at Disneyland. It’s our happily ever after! We would like to renew our vows at Disneyland in the years to come. It’s that special to us.
My favorite memory is when I proposed to my wife! Just last week we returned to the same spot with our two daughters. I put the pictures side-by-side – I love it!
