Appetizing Occasions at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts

Delicious Disney Dining Series
The Delicious Disney dining series continues its culinary storytelling with two upcoming events that are truly special. On Aug. 16 at 6:30 p.m., the Flavor Lab Team, led by Culinary Director Chef Edwin Wronski, will treat guests to “A Walk Around the World with Disney” at Markham’s at Golden Oak. They will showcase the talent that has created signature menus in Disney Parks throughout the world.

The Disney Tree Farm will be the unforgettable backdrop for the Dec. 6 event that will be a true epicurean experience. Starting at 6:30 p.m., Disney chefs will prepare inspired dishes with a focus on locally-sourced and sustainable products that will bring this farm-to-table experience to the next level.

Napa Rose Food and Wine Pairing Experience
The popular weekly series continues at Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa at the Disneyland Resort. The one-hour afternoon seminar is each Saturday between 2 and 3 p.m. in the award-winning restaurant and includes three cheeses, two charcuterie-style tastes and five wines. $95. July 4 at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Celebrate the red, white and blue at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World Resort with a cookout at the resort’s Summerhouse from 7-8:30 p.m. After dinner, head to the Grand Floridian Marina for sweets and a view of the Magic Kingdom Park’s July 4 fireworks. (If it rains, the event will move to the Grand Floridian Convention Center.)

The sumptuous cookout includes grilled steak and shrimp with plenty of sides, but you also can enjoy a classic hot dog and baked beans with specialty drinks, beer and wine. There’s a live DJ and crafts for kids throughout the evening.
