UPDATE: This event has filled to capacity. Please keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for future event opportunities.
If you’re as excited as we are about the upcoming May 27 opening of Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park then you won’t want to miss our next Disney Parks Blog hosted meet-up. We’re offering the opportunity to join us and be among the first to experience this new, one-of-a-kind world during the Disney Parks Blog Expedition to Pandora – World of Avatar Meet-up on May 15, 2017.
The meet-up begins at 7 a.m. ET on May 15 and runs until 8:45 a.m. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park prior to park opening. During the event, attendees can enjoy experiences in Pandora – The World of Avatar and learn more about the world during a Q&A session at Satu’li Canteen.
Space for this experience is limited, and you must sign up here. Only one guest is permitted.
Also, here are a few things you should know:
- All attendees who sign up for the meet-up must be 18 years or older, but guests do not need to be 18 or older.
- Limit one guest per registrant.
- We will send an email to individuals whose valid RSVPs are received by us before we reach the planned capacity to confirm their attendance for the meet-up.
- If confirmed, it will be necessary for the registrant and guest to check in at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park for access to the event. The confirmation will include those details.
- Valid photo I.D. will be required at check-in.
- Meet-up confirmations are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
- Confirmation will be for the accepted registered person and guest.
- If you do not receive an email from us confirming your reservation, then your RSVP was not accepted.
- The meet-up is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
- This post will be updated after capacity has been reached.
We will give an update at the top of this post when capacity has been reached. Please note this experience is subject to restrictions, change and cancellation without notice. Hope to see you out there.

Amazingly, when I signed up I made it to the much coveted “congrats screen”. Since it was on my phone I thought I could get the waivers in the email mentioned. It has not yet come. Have they been sent? Looking forward to seeing you all!
My son was able to register for the event, does the guest need separate park admission or can they go in without park admission?
Please open up more spots! 🙂
I did the signup, but didn’t get a chance to print out the waivers. Can these be emailed?
Thanks
Wow, this filled up in less than two minutes.
I’m so glad I have my notifications setup to alert me when one of these is posted.
🙂
The registration site seems to be having problem or it is already at capacity. I attempted to submit my entry but it got kicked back.
