Disney Parks After Dark: Figment Adds Color At Epcot

When I first visited Epcot in the 1980s, one character I fell in love with was Figment.

Designed specifically for the park’s Imagination pavilion, Dreamfinder’s description of him couldn’t be more spot-on: “two tiny wings, eyes big and yellow, horns of a steer – but a loveable fellow!”

In tonight’s “Disney Parks After Dark” photo, this colorful character welcomes guests to the Future World section of the park, just behind the park’s iconic Spaceship Earth attraction.

  • Thank you for featuring this photo & telling your story. Figment has been my absolute most favorite Disney character since I discovered him during my first Walt Disney World vacation when I was 6 years old back in 1984!

To be brutally honest, I’m absolutely terrified of rumors about Figment’s fate that may arise out of the D23 Expo but I think it’s wonderful to see this tonight! Thanks again!
