How lovely is the Florida sky in tonight’s “After Dark” image?

From this waterfront angle of Disney Springs, you can see the Aerophile Balloon Flight, Bongos, Wolfgang Puck Cafe, House of Blues and more.

  • We absolutely love the Boathouse restaurant and the amphicars!!! We were there in March 2016 and enjoyed a great meal, rode the amphicars and then took a one hour personal cruise on the water taxi! We had a WONDERFUL time!!!!!

  • While my Disney Springs experiences are limited so far, I have taken a liking to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar as a good place to start a trip after a flight in (when it’s too late to make sense to start in a park upon arrival). The flexibility since it needs no reservations is a great benefit in this scenario. Just looking it seems the menu may have changed a bit since I was last there, but I’m sure I could still find an appetizer or 2 to start of my WDW vacation with an interesting meal!

I’ve also recently tried Paddlefish and was very happy with everything about my meal. This happened to also be my arrival day and it was a nice way to start the trip!

There are lots of other’s I’d like to try, but I am more dedicated to spending time in the parks rather than making my way over to Disney Springs once my trip is underway. It may take me a little while to try them , but Morimoto Asia and STK (just as 2 examples, I’m sure I could find more!) come to mind as venues I’d love to try in the future.
