  • I also booked within the last 2 weeks of this promotion we will get points back? Or at least include the 3 rd night instead of paying cash for it.. I suppose I have to call

  • We wanted to take advantage of last minute vacation to stay at Chicago Fairmont, however the window to complete this vacation is roughly 7 weeks. We were told by agent that we could not book because our dates fell within two weeks and all reservations needed to be made at least two weeks out. If you are doing a last minute promotion then all reservations should not have to be two weeks out, disappointing.

  • I booked a stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Washington DC on July 14 for a stay from August 30 to September 5 for 384 points. I’ve been a member since 1994. I would also like to get a return of 40% of my points since I booked less than two weeks from the special notice. If not, can I cancel and rebook the trip under the new guideline. Thanks

  • Have reservation 9/1/2017-9/6/2017 thru Concierge Collection using 619 points, Does this promo of 40% be used towards this trip as well as getting point back in account ?

  • I’d love to take advantage if I wasn’t on perpertual hold when I call. For the past few days, I have been on hold at least for a half hour! This is ridiculous.

  • I booked a reservation for 8/2/2017 to 8/5/2017 at a concierge collection. Now I see I can do the same at 40%off. Could I get my points back with the same reservation?

  • No — “for stays completed by Sept. 15, 2017.”

  • I booked a reservation for 9/28/2017 to 10/1/2017 at a Concierge Collection totalling 309 points. Now I see I can do the same for 40% off. Could I get my points back with the same reservation?

  • I never seem to get any info on Disney specials till after the fact. Why was this email sent to me the day after the reservation started?
