Walt Disney’s love of trains was a foundation in choosing the elements to incorporate in the accommodations. By utilizing railroad relics and memorabilia in a contemporary way, Walt Disney Imagineers expanded upon the already rich history of the resort.
And what would a Disney Vacation Club Resort at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge be without some nods to the Disney characters? Keep an eye out for Rutt and Tuke from “Brother Bear,” and even the mischievous wilderness explorer duo themselves – Chip and Dale.

Looking forward to our Winter vacation at Coppercreek we are celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary and will be in a studio. DVC and Annual Passholders. Arriving Feb.6. We are waitlisted for a few days hope the days click in.
I was fortunate to view Coppercreek after a Disney Cruise recently. I wasn’t able to view a dedicated two bedroom and three bedroom if there is a dedicated three bedroom. We did view an option where you could have two studios with a shared door option. I loved the Cabins. I have to say for me the Copper Creek studios were not as Disney inspired as I would like. We are hoping to add Copper Creek Cabins if possible. I am hoping to see the dedicated two bedroom/ three bedroom in the future.
