We’re starting out another week on the Disney Parks Blog with this lovely early morning shot, snapped in the lobby of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village. Just beyond the expansive window lies the resort’s savanna, which is home to more than 200 animals and birds, including zebras, giraffes, gazelles, kudu and flamingos.

Have you stayed at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village? What was your favorite part? Tell us in the “Comments” section below.

  • Our favorite part is the animals!!!!! I really like the decorations and the atmosphere of Kidani. I feel as though we have traveled to Africa. We have stayed here or Jambo 4 times and plan to come back in 2019.

  • Sanaa is great. My favorite part about the hotel was how spacious the rooms are compared to our home resort Beach Club. The artifacts and artwork are also very beautiful. Loved the experience of the savanna outside our windows and doors.

  • Sanaa was absolutely AMAZING! We had planned months in advance to eat at Jiko while staying at Kidani Village and enjoyed our meal; however, our impromptu dinner at Sanaa surprised us tremendously. The flavors of the food and cocktails were some of the best we have had at any Disney location. Our waitress was so knowledgeable and friendly as well. The chef even came to our table to ask our opinions. Sanaa is a hidden gem at Disney World for sure!

  • Went there for dinner at Sanna , thought the lobby was too dark , however , the outside viewing area was amazing , it was dark but we saw Giraffes, Zebra and kudu , the food was great but the service was not Disney, very slow. They did not have the fire pit lit that evening , I’m
Not sure I would stay here as it’s really kind of far from MK or Epcot ….

  • Founding members here and love the fire pit in the evening. Just being so close to the wild life brings a sense of wonder and appreciation for our planets diversity.

  • Love Kidani. We like to get a pool view but you must request an upper floor. Like to see things lit up at night.

  • Love Kidani! It is one of our home resorts. Sanaa is one of the hidden jewels of WDW (be sure and try the bread service) Having a cup of morning coffee on the balcony of our villa while watching the animals, especially the giraffes is magical!

  • Our favorite part of Kidani village was the animals, especially the Mom and baby zebra that were there. The family really enjoyed the night vision goggles. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get on the night safari because there are so few spots to sign up.
