  • I received an email from Disneyland stating that Pirates of the Caribbean will be closed for refurbishment April 23rd to May 24th. Hope that helps.

  • Hi,

Do we information about special offers to enjoy the Pixar Fest ?

  • I have to echo the other two comments. Everything after 4/13 (beginning of Pixar Fest) seems to be up in the air and our vacation is looming closer. The hushed refurb of WOC and rumors of PotC going down for refurb is frustrating and putting a damper on magic and excitement for our trip. For being so close to spring break and the beginning of summer, it’s crazy to see so little certainty on the schedule.

  • I agree, I had the same experience. I spoke to two reservation folks (the first one exactly 60 days out) trying to do the 8pm special seating at the Liberty Bell for Fantasmic (which can only be booked on the phone). The third one finally told me it was only running on weekends. After poking around on the reservation page I finally noticed on the website it was running the Sunday night we got in. I called up to try to reserve it (knowing I would have to pay for an extra day at the park just to do the show/dinner) and I was told the 8pm seating was sold out! Why allow reservations 60 days out if you don’t have things scheduled 60 days out?

  • With a little over a month til Pixar Fest begins there’s still very little information as to when the fireworks, parades, street entertainment, etc will be. Even daily hours are just trickling out one day at a time with less than 60 days notice. Will more complete extended calendars come out soon with at least 60 days so people can plan their trips and dining experiences. I wanted to make reservations 60 days in advance for the Fantsmic & Paint the Night dinner packages but since the entertainment schedule wasn’t out I booked regular dining reservations to convert into dining packages when the calendar finally came out and now that it is for the days I will be at the DLR, Fantasmic isn’t even running the night I had booked for it. The lack of schedules (park hours & entertainment) makes it difficult to plan a trip. Even the CM that i spoke with to make the reservations were a bit frustrated by the lack of information on their end.
