When we stayed in February, we were told our purchases could only be delivered to the resort approximately 24 hours after the purchase. We had to go to the resort gift shops (Animal Kingdom and Saratoga Springs) to get our delivered souvenirs.
It states above the video that you can get souvenirs delivered to your room, if staying at a Disney World Resort. This statement is not accurate. You can have souvenirs delivered to your Resort from the theme parks or Disney Springs, they WILL NOT deliver to your room.
Like at Pop Century resort, you would pick up the items you had delivered to your resort inside the Resort Gift Shop.
