Disney Parks After Dark: Tokyo DisneySea’s Raging Spirits at Sunset

I’m ready to book my trip to Tokyo Disney Resort after seeing tonight’s amazing “Disney Parks After Dark” image, which was snapped of the Raging Spirits coaster at Tokyo DisneySea right at sunset. There is so much I love about this image – from the crumbling ruins of the ancient ceremonial site to the touches of fire to the beautiful sunset sky in the background.

Located in the Lost River Delta area of the park, Raging Spirits races guests through the excavated ruins of the ancient ceremonial site. The attraction is also the only one in the park to offer a vertical inversion.

  • We were at Disney Sea’s for the 25th B day of Tokyo Disneyland 4/6/08 – 4/19/08 & we were asked to go to the side of the Que as we are bigger people the cast member put us in a ride vehicle to see if we fit. They had a black chop stick to see if we fit it was used to see if the lap bar was down far enough. As a joke we called it The Fat American Stick but we were all OK to ride this great little coaster several times.

  • I have been on this attraction a few times. I love how the cast members say, “Adios amigos!” really fast in their Japanese accents. I also like in the queue, they have this sign that says this is a looping coaster. Then the vehicle in the sign rotates around the loop! I never expected an animated sign.
