As a production manager of attractions, Michael Estes oversees the attractions in Fantasyland and Frontierland at Disneyland park, ensuring they operate smoothly. Michael started as an hourly merchandise cast member in Frontierland 12 years ago and looked for opportunities to grow and advance. He took advantage of the Disney University for cast members, and the company’s college reimbursement program to earn a Master of Business Administration degree.

Michael said, “I love my job…I am in charge of Peter Pan’s Flight!” While that is his personal favorite, Michael is proud of the recent refurbishment of Dumbo the Flying Elephant. Learn more about Michael and this dream job in this installment of “Every Role a Starring Role”!
