  • Did anyone find a silver bracelet it was a 72 nd bithday present from my husband. not worth very much but sentimental. very thin silver wire with a silver bow with cz stones. I am sad special meaning to me.

  • Hope my husband’s hearing aids that were lost this week are found. Expensive to replace!

  • I lost my phone in Animal Kingdom last September and booed my eyes out, it was filled with all our holiday photos! We went back to guest services 2/3 times before i gave up.. we sat down to eat our special meal at Tiffins and my partner went to check one last time.. and they HAD IT!! I was so so grateful for their patience and help. I agree with Marilla, it should be added to the MDE app!

  • My daughter lost a hat that her grandmother had just bought her. She thought she had left it on the transportation bus, but after thinking about it, she realized she left it at Epcot. When we went back to Epcot 2 days to ask about looking for it, they gave us the information we needed. I called and described what was missing, I didn’t think we’d ever see it again. A few days after we left WDW, I received a phone call saying they found the hat!! A few days after that, it came in the mail. I was VERY impressed that they found it and sent it back. It will be so much easier using this! Thank you Disney!

  • In 1996 my mom lost a small change purse full of quarters on a ride in Magic Kingdom. At the end of the day we stopped at lost and found and they had the change purse, still full of the quarters!! Someone had found it and turned it over to a cast member. Amazing!

  • Will this be added as an icon on the mydisneyexperience app? I was thinking if I used mydisneyexperience app it would show there too, that would be a plus!

  • I have lost all kinds of stuff at Disney (both land and world): sunglasses, mobile chargers, etc. and, so far, I have gotten every, single item back by visiting the lost and found either at the end of the day or the next day. Disney already has a pretty impressive lost and found system. I think this will only make it even better.

  • I hope this works! Yesterday our son, who is on his first visit to Walt Disney World, lost his first pair of Mickey ears. He was devastated.
