Disney Springs is getting ready for summer with another fun foodie experience, and this time it’s Disney Springs Brews and BBQ! Discover a whole new host of tasty and unique food and beverage pairings as you meander through the many restaurants and shops throughout the area. This experience brings you mouth-watering, BBQ-inspired dishes at nearly every restaurant at Disney Springs. And what’s more? For guests ages 21 and older, each of these dishes can be paired with a crisp, craft-brewed beer!

Starting June 29, you’ll be able to find these new offerings at 23 different locations across Disney Springs. As always, I’ve put together a handy-dandy guide that will show you where to find all the brews and BBQ your heart desires. Get those forks and knives ready, folks, because this is DEFINITELY going to make for a savory summer!

1. House of Blues Restaurant

  • Islamorada Brewing Company Sandbar Sunday
  • (Found at The Smokehouse) Pulled Chicken Nachos – crispy fried tri-color corn tortilla chips topped with house-made cheese sauce, lime crema, pickled jalapeños, fresh-made pico de gallo, and cilantro
  • Southern Brisket Tacos – chopped brisket in Texas BBQ sauce and topped with corn, smoked jalapeño relish, and cilantro slaw

  • South Carolina-Style BBQ Pork Ribs – 16oz slow-roasted ribs with tangy BBQ sauce served with cabbage slaw and Paradiso 37 fries

Are you hungry yet? Because I certainly am! I can already smell that sweet BBQ, and I just can’t wait to go get some myself!
