Tonight’s “After Dark” image was snapped at Shanghai Disneyland at dusk. Here, the lovely sky and the park’s amazing Enchanted Storybook Castle light up the horizon.
The park’s castle features four magnificent mosaics that depict the tales of Tiana, Merida, Rapunzel, and Elsa & Anna. Inside, guests have plenty to do and see, including dining at Royal Banquet Hall, greeting Disney characters, and undergoing their own transformations at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Enchanted Storybook Castle is also home to the Voyage of the Crystal Grotto attraction – and serves as a lovely backdrop for the park’s nighttime spectacular, “Ignite the Dream – A Nighttime Spectacular of Magic and Light.”
Is visiting Shanghai Disneyland on your bucket list?
My husband and I spent a week this past January. It was magical. The park is the best on we have visited so far (Ca, Fl, & China). We would love to do it again once we have done all the other parks.
I would love to see this as a wallpaper it’s absolutely breathtaking. The photographer did a phenomenal job capturing such a beautiful scene.
Shanghai is absolutely on our bucket list! Luckily, we plan to visit there, along with the other Asian parks, next year.
Just returned from 3 days at a Shanghai Disney Resort! Have now been to all the Disney parks except the two in Paris, and Shanghai is our 4th favorite park after the two in Tokyo and the original Disneyland in California. Such an amazing park – hope to return someday!
