Even though it’s still warm and sunny here in Florida, it’s easy to get in the holiday spirit with the various flavors of Twinings Holiday Teas. Just the smell of the sweet apple and spicy cinnamon notes in the Winter Spice tea make me feel like I’m back home in New York sitting in front of the fireplace while the snow falls outside.

  • We attended the Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room Tea Experience In September. It was wonderful! The cast memebrs shared their tea knowledge and own preferences. The food was lovely and we learned a great deal about tea! The chef spoke with us about the recipes he used for the sandwiches and scones and shared the recipes via email that same day! (And yes we went to Publix and found the ‘Branston Pickle’ as per his suggestion!)
Wonderful experience! I would definitely do this again!
One disappointment was that the ‘Twinings’ timers that we used to time how long we brewed/steeped our tea are not available for sale! The other was that many of the teas are not offered as decaffeinated teas. (This can be an issue for some people who have to avoid caffeine for medical reasons.)
All in all a great way to learn about tea!

  • The cast member at the Tea Caddy said Mr. Twining would be returning during Flower & Garden. Any information as to when he might be scheduled?
