Attention vacation planners – new details were just revealed this morning for two guest-favorite festivals at Epcot: the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays.

The 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will run August 29-November 23 making it the longest Food & Wine Festival in the park’s history at 87 days! The festival’s Eat to the Beat Concert Series will run August 29-November 19 and will feature a lineup of pop, rock, R&B, country, Christian, swing and Latin artists. (NOTE: The concert series will conclude a few days earlier than the festival in order to set the stage for the return of the park’s beloved Candlelight Processional).

This year’s festival will continue its tradition of offering tasty dishes, fine dining events, and appearances by favorite Disney culinarians and top celebrity chefs.

Keep your eye on TasteEpcot.com and the Disney Parks Blog for updates on this year’s celebrity chef appearances, Eat to the Beat artists, dining packages, special events and more.

The 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth also returns November 29-December 30. The park’s seasonal celebration invites guests to discover holiday cheer across all 11 World Showcase pavilions and throughout the park. Special entertainment, storytellers, seasonal favorites at Holiday Kitchens and eye-catching holiday decor are all part of the fun. The Candlelight Processional, a holiday must-do for many Epcot guests, will feature nightly retellings of the traditional Christmas story read by a celebrity narrator, accompanied by a massed choir and live orchestra.

Stay tuned to Disney Parks Blog for more information as it’s released.

  • Some friends were planning to visit during Food and Wine to see David Cook again this year. I’m blown away that he isn’t on the schedule. Hoping hard that he is one of the “to be announced” artists.

  • Excitedly wait for the concert schedule to come out to see if I need to extend or rearrange my dates. I’m hoping to see one of these Christian artists. 😊

  • When will the artist info for Eat to the Beat start to be announced?

  • I am so disappointed that everything starts so late. We booked our trip to see all the holiday festivities with our granddaughter and everything starts the day before we leave. Disney needs to realize the majority of families book far in advance at holiday times, ex. Thanksgiving. If changes are to be made they should be announced earlier. We had to book at 11 months out.

  • Hi, when should be expect the eat to the beat schedule of artists performing?
    Thank you.

  • Do you when the concert series is coming out for Eat to the beat?

  • MVMCP on sale today!

  • Well that’s ruined our vacation! haha! We come from the UK so have to book months and months in advance. We booked in January so that we could see the Christmas stuff at Epcot, and now you have extended Food and Wine until the day that we leave. Unlucky is not the word!

  • Thanks! Anxiously awaiting details of special events, demos, tastings, etc. Also very curious to see if there will be a new Festival Center this year.

  • The Candlelight Processional is a beautiful and moving ceremony. It was wonderful to be able to see a “Live Stream” of it last year.

I wish Disneyland–my “home” park–had the space to run a similar, multi-week presentation of this wonderful program, rather than just the 1–2 showings it does each year. The Candlelight Processional is the perfect way to start the holiday season.

  • Thanks…do you know yet when Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party tickets go on sale?

  • It’s great to have this information so far in advance. Wish all things were so timely. Any word on registering for the Fairy Tails Pin Event that happens before this???
