Jaleo by Chef José Andrés opened a few weeks ago at Disney Springs, celebrating traditional comida española.
During its grand opening, we chatted with the renowned chef at his restaurant. He told us that he dreamed of having his own restaurante en Walt Disney World Resort for over 25 years!

The fifth and largest Jaleo location in the U.S., the first in Florida showcases the rich regional diversity of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine with an extensive offering of tapas, paellas, sangrias, and a selection of Spanish wines.
Jaleo by José Andrés is now open for lunch and dinner. Pepe by José Andrés, adjacent to the entrance of the main restaurant, is also open for lunch and dinner.

i used to live in northern virginia, and would go to jaleo and oyamel quite frequently. jose andres is my favorite chef, and i’m so excited to visit WDW this summer and dine at jaleo. yummm!!!
