When people ask me where I work, I’m always proud to say that I work for the Disney Signature Experiences collection, including Disney Vacation Club. But, today, I have even more to be proud about!
I’m excited to share with you that Disney Vacation Club was honored recently by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) with the ACE Employer of the Year Award, which recognizes the highest levels of excellence in the resort timeshare industry.
This award speaks volumes about all the amazing “Disney Differences” Disney Vacation Club offers its cast members, ranging from comprehensive benefits and the new education investment program, Disney Aspire, to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, all in addition to the company’s overarching values.
Each cast member plays a starring role in the success of the company and creating the magic for our many Disney Vacation Club Members and guests. It really is a privilege to work for a company that recognizes these efforts and supports its employees every day.
Disney Vacation Club also took home two additional awards – best print magazine for Members (Disney Files) and best marketing program.

We new this since 1992 ( member since 1992 ) But I guess it takes awhile for the ARDA to catch up after all they have lots of Timeshares Industry to visit , But we knew it from way back then when it was the beginning of the ” Secret in Disney World “, My, My how this lil Mouse has grown to a Wonderful Dream , Hello ARDA ” we Love it ”
