Every Role a Starring Role – Disneyland Resort Chef

Disneyland Resort food and beverage offerings are more than a meal—they epitomize Disney storytelling. For the past 19 years, Chef Amy Benson has been a part of the resort’s culinary team, beginning her Disney journey at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa where she developed her skills.

Now, Amy is helping to bring to life the tastes of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, which is opening May 31 at Disneyland park. The inventive cuisine is largely inspired by Middle Eastern, Korean and American flavors. Learn more about Amy and some of the out-of-this-world dishes in this video!

  • More Vegan please! Disney is offering delicious vegan food, that everyone enjoys. Like cauliflower ceviche at food and wine. So, good! I visit Disneyland every week. And I will be in GE, in June. I hope that dish will be available. Amy is a great young CM Chef, with so much experience. No wonder the food a Disney keeps getting better and better.
