Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens next week at the Disneyland Resort and we know there are many of you who want to get those special mementos to commemorate the occasion.

Remember, guests who want to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge from May 31 to June 23 will need valid theme park admission and a no-cost reservation to visit the land. There is no standby line to get into the land. General reservations are not available at this time on Disneyland.com; you can still get a Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation by staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels during that time period. Once you have your reservation, there is no need to arrive early and line up. You may check in two hours prior to your reservation start time.

But fear not collectors – we’ve got you covered, even if you don’t have a Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation.

If it’s unique, must-have items you’re after, head over to Tomorrowland in Disneyland park to the upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay. No matter your affiliation, you’ll find a curated assortment of Limited Edition, Limited Release, and Annual Passport pins; along with a variety of other items you don’t want to miss!

Looking for items celebrating Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge? You can find these items at the Emporium, the upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay, Star Trader, and Pooh Corner in Disneyland park; Elias & Co. in Disney California Adventure park; World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District; and shops at the Disneyland Hotel. Be sure to grab these items as they cannot be found on the planet Batuu.

If you’re looking for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Opening Day dated merchandise, including AP items, Disneyland park is your destination, only while supplies last. For the best selection, visit the Emporium, the upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay, Star Trader, or Pooh Corner.

Annual Passholders: Additional AP items can be found at the Emporium, the upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay, Star Trader, and Pooh Corner in Disneyland park; Elias & Co. and Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure park; World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District; and shops at the Disneyland Hotel.

If you can’t wait to get your mementos, please know that line ups for merchandise start no earlier than 2 a.m. on May 31; parking opens at midnight. All merchandise is subject to availability, while supplies last.

  • So do I have to pay $200 to make a reservation for a lightsaber ?

  • Can we buy the soda and water outside of galaxy edge?

  • we have 8am rsvp for sat, last i heard is disney & friends parking opens at 5:30am and at 6am they start escorting 8am rsvp holders to tomorrow land to pick up wristbands and then straight to line queue at GE. dont think park will open earlier for merchandise purchases but correct me if im wrong

  • It seems like many people have the same question, but I guess I’ll ask it again, since I don’t see an answer to the question. We have 8:00 am reservations for Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. Will I be spending the first hour of my reservation in line trying to get into Disneyland? Will there be a separate line for Reservation Holders? Once we get in, can we go straight to GE or do we first have to got the Launch Bay to get wrist bands, waiting in yet another line?

  • So if we can get in @ 6am. Can we buy opening day and AP things then or do we have to wait in the other line at opening taking time out of time in the land. Or do we have to wait in another line when we get out @ noon just to get opening day things even if we are the first lucky to get.in at 8am?

  • On May 31 I have stars war reservations at 8am what time are they letting us check in if it says we can check in 2 hours prior?

  • We have Galaxy’s Edge reservation for 8:00 a.m. on Sunday of opening weekend. What time will the Mickey and Friends structure open? What time will we be able to enter to park? Will there be a separate line at the entrance?

  • Where is the line for the merchandise??? Other than we can start lining up at 2am, where does this line start?

Also does this mean Launch Bay will be open at 8am instead of its normal 11am?

  • On May 31st, the park opens at 8:00 am. Will people with 8:00 am reservations for Galaxy’s Edge be allowed into the park early and escorted to Galaxy’s Edge? Will there be a separate line outside the park for people with reservations so we don’t have to wait at the main gate?
In particular, should we be waiting outside the park at 5:00 am, or, if we’re in line for the park at 7:00-7:30 am, will we get in for out 8:00 am reservation? Thanks for all the info and help!

  • Ok so please clarify….we too have 8am reservations on the 31st. Reading above, does that 1) mean we need to be in line for Galaxy’s Edge at 6am? If so, separate entrance like pre-opening park dining reservations? What about security screening points? 2) as above will the AP merchandise and other opening day items be available in Galaxy’s Edge? I see it is at lots of other places inside the park. I am not going to get anything if not as there seems to be no limit on merchandise and then it all ends up on eBay. Some clarification would be greatly appreciated.

  • We are staying at the Disneyland Hotel May 30-June 1, and are excited that we have reservations for Galaxy’s Edge from 8am-12pm on Opening Day. However, we’re getting a bit worried that we’re not even going to be able to enjoy our hotel room on the night of May 30th. I’ve read the parking garage opens at 12 midnight and the lines for merchandise open at 2:00am. I’m worried that we’re going to have to leave our hotel in order to get in line with all of the other people swarming onto the property after midnight. I would hate to be stuck trying to get through security when our reservation starts at 8:00am that morning. Hoping that they have figured out a way to let people with 8:00am reservations get through security and main gate entrance without being delayed by people with reservations later in the day or no reservations at all. We don’t mind getting in line early, but are hoping we aren’t stuck waiting in line all night–while our $600+/night hotel room sits empty.

  • So….?
There are separate lines for merchandise, and line for reservations to get into GE ?

I have an 8am-12 reservation. How to I get to GE at 8am for ropedrop, if merch lines to get into the park start at 2am?

  • Can we clarify what time and where the line-up starts to get into the theme park?

    • Guests wanting to buy opening day Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge merchandise on May 31 may begin lining up at 2 a.m.

Keep in mind there is no need for guests with Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservations to arrive early as they will have a designated time to visit Galaxy’s Edge. Guests can check in beginning 2 hours prior to their reservation start time.

  • Is there any update on the DJ R3X funko pop? It was announced, but no other info came out about it. Will it be available opening day?

  • Is the 2 AM lineup to get into the park and be escorted to launch bay?

  • Is that 2 AM lineup to get into the park and escorted to launch Bay to buy merchandise?

    • Guests wanting to buy opening day Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge merchandise on May 31 may begin lining up at 2 a.m.

Keep in mind there is no need for guests with Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservations to arrive early as they will have a designated time to visit Galaxy’s Edge. Guests can check in beginning 2 hours prior to their reservation start time.

  • So I have an 8AM Reservation on opening day but you state in the article some opening day merchandise will not be available in Galaxy’s Edge only other areas outside of the land such as Launch Bay and Emporium only does that mean if I want this merchandise you may run out before I’ve finished in Batuu?
