“My practically perfect Mother’s Day would have to include a specialty cruise for myself and my family. I can think of nothing better than a leisurely cruise around Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake surrounded by family, topped off with a fantastic view of “Happily Ever After,” the Magic Kingdom fireworks spectacular,” she described with a wishful tone in her voice. “A specialty cake from one of the amazing Walt Disney World bakeries served on-board would top off the evening.”
If you are looking for a Mother Daughter outing, Robyn has a perfect personal recommendation.
“Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa was such a special experience for me to share with my daughter. We dressed up and had such a lovely time talking and enjoying our tea and treats! It’s a memory I’ll always cherish.”
Desiree also loves the idea of a mother and child outing at Amorette’s Patisserie. “A cake decorating class led by one of their awesome pastry chefs would create magical memories to hold on to for years!”

“Often, vacations revolve around making memories for the kids. But this Mother’s Day, we plan to leave the kids behind for a magical getaway for two at the Disneyland Resort. This will be a time to focus on my wife, to show her my appreciation for all the amazing things she does for our family.”
