For those asking about magicband purchase. It took me forever to figure it out, but Go to the run Disney website and find your account. It should show the race you registered for. Click on that and it will take you to a list of options. One of those options will be to purchase items( jackets, pins, bundles, magic bands). If still available, you can purchase your items and they should be available when you pick up your bib at the expo (to my understanding). I hope this helps. I agree It was very confusing. Have a great race!
I can’t find anything on where or when you pick them up or if they are mailed to your house. It says I have 1 magic band purchased and no other details. Anyone know how this works?
Run Disney, these bands are not showing up and have never shown up on the products page. What is the deal? I’ve been checking since the day this blog post was put up.
I signed up for the race on May 30, 2019 and there was no magic band offered and the pin bundle for the races was $30 more than it is now. There was no mention of the special magic bands and I just happened to see them when showing someone else about the run Disney webpage. I think that it is bad that you get charged more for something when you get an early access to it and there was no mention at all about the magic bands!!!

Why and how was not notified earlier, as I have been registered for the half marathon during early registration for being an annual passholder?? Unfortunately I have never received any notification of this item….dissatisfied with how your marketing people target customers.

I’m logged in, have gone to the runDisney account and still can’t get this magicband. I’m running the Dopey and would think that, after spending the time and money that I am, I could at the very least get a magicband. Pretty sure all the Dooney purses and running shoes will be gone by the time I get to the expo (non-runners ALWAYS seem to get those).
I think you should make and sale 2,000 Princess Race Weekend Magic bands, instead of just 1,000. I know you would sale them all. They are super cute and reading all the comments there are a lot of us who missed out on it that would buy the magic band. I hope you’ll consider making more.

Were these randomly offered to race participants? The magic band has not shown in products at all since this announcement and it seems others are saying the same thing.

I too would like to know if these bands will be delivered to my home before leaving for Walt Disney World, or if I have to pick them up at the race expo. I’ll arrive at Walt Disney World a few days before the race weekend begins so I’ll need a magic band before the expo. If I can’t get the magic band before I leave home then I’m not interested.
I am registered for the Fairy Tale Challenge and do not have the magic band as an option in the Buy Products page. I have been checking my account since the announcement on runDisney IG. Thank you for your help!

Are these available for purchase for those registered for the kids races, I don’t run but my kids do and they are registered for kids races will I be able to purchase these for them.
