If you ask a child to name a favorite Disney vacation memory, I am sure meeting beloved characters is at the top of their list. With autograph books and cameras in tow, there’s nothing like getting up close and personal with these friendly and sometimes furry friends.
Luckily, throughout Walt Disney World Resort there are lots of chances to meet pals like Princess Tiana, Cinderella, Mickey and Minnie (who will be sporting their colorful Surprise Celebration outfits until Sept. 30), and dozens more. At Magic Kingdom Park little ones can meet up with characters at a bunch of places including the Town Square Theater, Pete’s Silly Sideshow, Ariel’s Grotto, Adventureland Veranda, Buzz Lightyear’s Courtyard or Princess Fairytale Hall. And let’s face it, meeting characters is still a pretty big deal for us grownups too. Watch as these kiddos share priceless moments during their recent visit to Magic Kingdom Park.

This blog makes me want to meet all these characters
I do agree with the kids: the characters are the best part of going to the Disney parks.
