Psst hey Disney, People who buy ear hats typically only wear them in the parks, nobody wants to spend alot of money they cant wear in the parks, and the land doesnt look right without alot of visitors in costume, all you have to do to differentiate cast members from non cast members is to designate a specific colored set of items like a specific color.of orange that no one can wear except cast members then the rest of us can play with you guys.
