This month marks the 15th anniversary of Disney PhotoPass Service at Walt Disney World Resort!

Disney PhotoPass - 15 Years of Memories

Since making its official debut in December 2004, Disney PhotoPass Service has continued to introduce creative new ways to capture your memories, like our new Tiny World and Super Zoom Magic Shots, recently opened Disney PhotoPass Studios, and more. Our Cast Members have helped to capture billions of photos in that span of time, giving you the chance to revisit the magic whenever you need a smile or a cozy trip down memory lane.

We know your Disney vacation photos are more than just pictures to hang on a wall or post on social media – they’re how you remember what we hope are among the happiest memories of your life.

We’ll be celebrating this milestone anniversary throughout the next year by offering special photo opportunities all around Walt Disney World Resort. Since Disney PhotoPass Service first launched at Epcot, we figured this is the perfect place to kick off the celebrations! Now through January 6, 2020, you can enjoy a few bright and colorful photo ops after dark at Epcot. Check out the locations below where you can find photographers to capture these special moments for you.

  • Matthew- the Future world one we did recently with just a different background. What they do is have a cast member with a light stick kinda thing that has varying designs so it really makes the photo have a unique background depending on how they move the light. We got an awesome one last weekend with rainbow swirls for example. Really cool shots, worth the time even if there’s a wait

  • The Spaceship Earth halo one looks really nice, but the other one I’m not really sure I get. The magic shot puts a wall behind you in Future World? Did the designer not realize at this point almost every photo in Future World is going to include a wall behind you? #FutureWalled
