The 1932 Silly Symphony “Flowers and Trees,” a forest comes alive with music and dance – until a rotten tree trunk shows up to try to spoil the fun.

This silly short was the inspiration for today’s Disney Doodle, in which artist Ashley Taylor imagines what these forest inhabitants would do if they could visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

“The Trees from “Flowers and Trees” are always looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sunshine,” Ashley said. “The Tree of Life provides that perfect environment for them to grow and thrive.”
