In the 1929 Silly Symphony, “The Skeleton Dance,” a group of bony buddies awaken to strut in silly syncopation through a cemetery.

In today’s Disney Doodle, artist Ashley Taylor imagined what this group would do if they had the chance to visit Magic Kingdom Park

According to her, they may seek out even more friends in a specific Adventureland attraction.

“Pirates of the Caribbean is filled with adventure and treasure,” Ashley said. “It’s easy to imagine the skeleton dancers fitting right in among the other skeletons.”

  • @Kyle, good point. Must mean Ashley’s a Disneyland aficionado at heart :-).

    Great Doodle Ashley!

  • This is brilliant!

On a future visit, they might like to go to Haunted Mansion.

  • Except the fact the treasure room isn’t part of the grotto sequence in Magic Kingdom’s version of Pirates of the Caribbean.
