  • this sounds so good ill be sure to eat these when I go to EPCOT.

  • Are there really only FOUR GF options this year? And no desserts? If those are the only options, that is super disappointing!

  • I agree! A few of these seem like they would be gluten free. Is there a way to obtain ingredient list and/or contacting someone who can give us info about possibly modifying items to make them gluten free (leaving soy sauce off)?

  • I’m confused as to why some of these aren’t gluten free, I’ve been celiac for 20 years so normally I can just look at a food item and guess as to why but something like the braised pork belly? Most often risotto is gluten free at restaurants but this one isn’t. Since there are multiple festivals now maybe one could be skewed with alittle more gluten free options.

  • Yes we need more gluten free. Are any desserts gluten free? If we could see an ingredient list, then we would know which items we could adjust on our own without bothering the cast members.

  • One of my favourite things coming to WDW is the amazing food options as a gluten free person and it’s sadly a bit disappointing to see such a tiny selection of suitable Gf choices on the menu.
    Hopefully more to be added?

  • Are more of these going to be gluten free or just the few that are noted?
