Disneyland Resort is filled with happy memories and new adventures around every turn, attractions unique only to the Disneyland Resort and a whole lot of magical fun at two spectacular parks! Are you planning a first trip to Disneyland park or Disney California Adventure park this year? If the answer is yes, get ready for some must-know advice from our Disney Parks Moms Panelists.

Panel Tip #1: Get Disney MaxPass!

What is Disney MaxPass you say? If you ask Kristin, she’ll quickly explain to you that it’s one of her favorite handy helpers when navigating Disneyland park and Disneyland California Adventure park.

“MaxPass allows you to make digital Disney FASTPASS selections from the convenience of your mobile device, as soon as you’re inside one of the theme parks. MaxPass can be added to your theme park ticket on a daily basis, or added to your online ticket purchase ahead of time. MaxPass also includes another awesome benefit – unlimited digital downloads of your Disney PhotoPass pictures!”

Panel Tip #2: Make sure not to miss experiences unique to the Disneyland Resort!

Not sure where to find Cars Land or where ye’ might find the swash buckling pirates of Pirates of the Caribbean? Fear not matey, Jennifer is here with some Disneyland Resort highlights that must be on your plan.

“Let’s start with what’s unique to Disneyland park! You’ll want to experience Indiana Jones Adventure, Matterhorn Bobsleds, Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage and Mickey’s Toontown. Are you heading to Disney California Adventure park as well? A park hopper ticket will allow you to experience Cars Land, Pixar Pier and the all new Avengers Campus, which opens summer of 2020!”

Also unique to the Disneyland Resort are two upcoming festivals: Lunar New Year, which kicks off Jan. 17, and Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, which starts Feb. 28!

Panel Tip #3: Don’t skip the world-class entertainment!

It’s true! We love Disney’s entertainment, especially a parade! We are more than a little excited about the all-new “Magic Happens” parade headed to Disneyland Resort on Feb. 28. Tiffanie is especially thrilled to share new details about the park’s first new daytime parade in close to a decade!

Plus, did you know that if you are planning to visit the Disneyland Resort, they are now offering a limited-time ticket and hotel offer? Kids everywhere along with Southern California residents may visit the theme parks for as low as $67 per person, per day with 3-day, 1-park per day tickets.* With this offer, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge might not seem like a galaxy that far far away! See all the details in this blog story.
