TV personality, best-selling author and physician Dr. Ian has helped so many people of all ages to achieve their health-and-fitness goals. Well, he’s doing it again. When he and his family recently visited Walt Disney World Resorts to celebrate his son’s birthday, Dr. Ian kindly took time out to share tips on how Disney Guests can easily stay on track (pun intended) with exercise and healthful eating goals.  In fact, he and his multi-generational family literally had a ball enjoying options available for Guests who come to the most magical place on earth.   • Great video! We always try and find a balance between eating healthy and snacking out!

    Being able to walk between places like Epcot and Hollywood Studios is always great for us because you can really get up a decent pace and burn some calories.

  • Annette, this was a GREAT feature. I follow a strict fitness/health routine and also train folks. I believe people have to enjoy their vacations (yes, especially WDW) but know there are some that are concerned because they either have to or choose to live healthier lifestyle. I’d love to see more content like this so that more folks are aware that Walt Disney World can cater to all.
