Walt Disney Imagineering is known for making the impossible possible. That’s why—despite our offices being closed—we are opening up our headquarters virtually for a tour on the Disney Parks Blog.

Tours of Walt Disney Imagineering are rare. So rare, in fact, we are excited to bring you this video series to show you some of the unique spaces where innovation and storytelling combine to bring Disney stories, characters and worlds to life.

A creative force, a historical treasure, a dream factory and a hub of science and technology, Walt Disney Imagineering is a place of legend and the only think tank created by Walt Disney himself. Ann Myers is ready to welcome you—let’s go!

Stay tuned for the next video in our virtual tour series and don’t forget to check out Imagineering in a Box – a one-of-a-kind online learning experience from Disney Imagineers!

  • As a seventh grade language arts teacher, I decided that once a week, until school is out, my students and I are going to virtual Disney fun activities.

For the first week: 1. How to Draw Contemporary Mickey, 2. Virtual Big Thunder Mountain Ride
    3. Dapper Dans: “Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow” and 4. Imagineering Part 1

Thanks for such great online content to share some “Disney Magic” with my students.

  • Hi, just came here. I enjoyed the host, Ann, and haven’t been to our Disneyland in California since they closed to same virus as Disney World in Floria and as did the other parks..I went to DW in 1995, hope to go there again but it’s a third across county LOL! Even Disney WORLD is as satisfying as Disneyland, when I’m shut in. Take care!

  • Proud to say that I consider my daughter an Imagineer of sorts. She’s an Associate Lighting Designer for the Disneyland Resort!

  • Wanting to become a Disney Imagineer has always been a dream job for me! I love that Disney is putting out a series like this as well as the Imagineering in a Box! Keep them coming Disney!!

  • Dream job. Thanks so much for sharing this.

  • I love all of the drawing tutorials, I’ve missed my creative side!! So much fun! Thank you!

  • My family is loving the imagineering in a box. Thank you Disney for having it out right now it has become a part of our homeschooling time
